Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $75.
For orders under $75, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Delivery delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier-related issues.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
We are exploring international shipping options and hope to expand soon.
2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Dual Wipes purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (some exclusions apply—see below).
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@dualwipes.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund (unless defective).
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products may not be returnable, unless due to a verified product defect or shipping error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
